consultation online order phentermine

"The challenge facing the business consultation online order phentermine industry is very high prices for new consultation online order phentermine and very long lead times," Mr. Cappuccitti said in a telephone interview from his base in Dubai. "Project Phoenix addresses both of those by coming in at an extremely low price and being completed within a year, probably within 10 months." Project Phoenix has placed a base price of $17.9 million on its converted jets. While other companies, including Ohio based DeCrane Aerospace, already convert the CRJ200s, they do it on a one off basis and require the client to find the plane. Project Phoenix will not only purchase the planes, but Aerospace Concepts will manage their conversions, using Peterborough, Ont. based Flying Colours Corp. to complete the retrofits. Because no plane will be bought before the order comes in, the need for high priced inventory is eliminated, Mr. Cappuccitti said. The company hopes to turn a larger profit than their competitors through economies of scale in both purchasing and in the conversions. Project Phoenix is looking at the Middle East, India, Africa and Asia, as its primary markets, where customers "don't have an awful lot of patience" to wait for a plane, Mr. Cappuccitti said. Project Phoenix announced commitments for three planes at this year's Dubai Air Show and Mr. Cappuccitti said he has dozens of other expressions of interest. The market The total market for business jets in the next 10 years is expected to be worth $228 billion. Orders for Bombardier's larger business jets the 15 seat Challenger 850 (about $29 million per unit) and the 19 seat Global Express have been so robust that the next available delivery dates for a new consultation online order phentermine are 2010 and 2013, respectively. Likewise, Brazil's Embraer will not be able to deliver a new 19 seat Lineage 1000 until 2011. The Challenger's "super large" jet segment is expected to continue to increase until 2009, generating more than 780 deliveries throughout the next 10 years at a value of $31.9 billion. The "ultra long range category," to which the Global Express belongs, should also peak in 2009, with more than 1,000 deliveries in the next 10 years, amounting to $52.9 billion, according to Bombardier's forecast released in September. Project Phoenix hopes to cash in on this demand by converting at least eight CRJ200s a year for the next five or six years. The plane Bombardier discontinued its production of the CRJ200 as a 50 seat regional jet in 2006, as larger planes and more fuel efficient turboprops began to dominate the smaller plane market. It's executive version, the Challenger 850, is still being built. There are more than 700 CRJ200s in use around the world, with another 225 CRJ100s in the air as well. The CRJ100 is essentially the same plane, with a different engine. Bombardier Aerospace contends the market for used CRJ200s remains strong. Of the 136 CRJ200s that flooded on to the market when four of its customers including Delaware's Flyi Inc. went into bankruptcy protection a few years ago, less than 30 remain. "The market seems to focus on the conversion from passenger to corporate or VIP and also leasing into countries that end in ' stan,' " said Bryson Monteleone, chief marketing officer, Morton Beyer & Agnew Inc., a Virginia based consultation online order phentermine appraisal and consulting firm. Former Soviet states have been picking up the used planes as a quick fix to replace their older Russian regional planes, he added. Despite a slight price increase for a used CRJ200s in recent years, Mr. Monteleone said the resale value of a plane is not as high as Bombardier may have hoped. The planes, which listed for US$25.5 million new, sell for between US$5 million and US$12 million used, depending on the number of hours flown, airworthiness and engine status. Project Phoenix is looking to buy the planes primarily from European carriers who are switching to newer, more fuel efficient planes. By converting the regional jet version of the plane, Project Phoenix says it is essentially offering the performance of a Challenger 850 in a roomier plane, about the size of the Global Express. However, selling CRJ200 as a corporate jet is not without problems. Mr. Monteleone said corporate clients tend to avoid used consultation online order phentermine and their increased maintenance costs. "The engine for the CRJ is kind of a picky little bitch, to say the least," he added. "Anything that goes wrong with it tends to cost a bundle." However, buying a converted jet for $18 million versus a new jet for $30 million or $40 million is a compelling reason, he admitted. The process Flying Colours Corp. will refurbish the first of its planes for about US$5 million a pop. Mr. Cappuccitti said the company has also been in talks with other completion shops, like the Montreal Jet Center, and others in Indianapolis and Delaware, in case demand grows too quickly for the Peterborough retrofitter. Flying Colours usually refurbishes about 45 planes a year, including six CRJ200s last year, and expects another eight a year from its parntership with Project Phoenix, said John Gillespie, president, Flying Colours. "Demand will stay in place for the next five or six years." Mr. Gillespie said. "The factories are so far behind, no one can really deliver this class of product in this short of time." Flying Colours expects to take its first three Phoenix CRJs in February, 2008. The 150 person operation, with about $35 million in annual sales, is hiring 50 more workers and doubling its floor space. Each retrofit will require 25,000 man hours. Flying Colours will rip out the regional jet interior and replace it with an executive jet configuration and interior. The process could also include adding new avionics or whatever bells and whistles the customers want. "You basically take everything that was in there out, and then just start to reinvent the wheel," Mr. Gillespie said. The most time consuming and complicated process is adding the new 600 gallon fuel system, which increases its range from 2,200 nautical miles to about 3,000, or approximately the same range as the Challenger 850. Bombardier's take Bombardier doesn't appear to be concerned Project Phoenix may undercut its market. "We're doing really well with the Challenger 850," said Danielle Boudreau, a spokeswoman for Bombardier Business Aircraft. "There's a big difference between a new consultation online order phentermine and a used consultation online order phentermine. There's the warranties, the support, there's also having a brand new plane with a brand new interior." Ms. Boudreau said Project Phoenix may actually stimulate the entry level executive jet market and bring more business to Bombardier. However, Bombardier does take issue with Project Phoenix marketing their converted CRJs as a comparable product to the Global Express in size. "The Global [Express] consultation online order phentermine is so technologically advanced that you can't compare it to the other consultation online order phentermine at all," she said. "If you think you're getting a Global, you'll be horribly disappointed." Close ... consultation online order phentermine
